A Message to Our Customers

It is with great regret that, due to ill health, I have had to close the business with immediate effect.

Unfortunately, health problems have made it necessary to step away and focus on recovery and wellbeing, and the business will be liquidated in due course. While I am saddened to close this chapter, I am thankful for the relationships we have built and with our customers and community.

Serving our customers has been a privilege, and I am incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and trust you have shown throughout our journey.

Sadly, there are already inaccurate stories and rumours being spread locally by someone that struggles with telling the truth, so I felt it was important that you heard the facts directly from me. There is no hidden story, dispute, or other reason behind the closure. After much consideration, my health has simply made it impossible to continue running the business to the standard I expect of myself.

Furthermore, there are a couple of local individuals who seem determined to create mischief at what is already a difficult time. Having lived in Crowborough for more than 40 years and grown up in a close-knit community, I am fortunate that many people know me very well and regularly keep me informed of what is being said. I would encourage this to continue, and my mobile number remains unchanged and where it is warranted, I will take care of false and defamatory statements in due course if I feel it necessary.
